	General Notes.

Reservations will be held for one week, whereupon a deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. The balance is due one month before arrival. Lettings are from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. Short breaks are available by arrangement except during peak periods. We are open all year round - long and short winter lets available by arrangement. Please make cheques payable to W.A. Cutcliffe. Acknowledgement will be sent by return. Please note that all linen is provided but you should arrange to bring your own towels. We respectfully request that there is no smoking indoors.


	Directions

From the Exeter/Plymouth expressway take the exit to Totnes A384. Follow signs towards Totnes. After about five miles, on reaching the outskirts of the town, turn right at traffic lights onto A381 signed to Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. Continue for about three miles to the village of Harbertonford where you take the second turning right into Moreleigh Road. After one and a half miles turn right signed Horner Ashford and Diptford, then turn right again after only another 150 yards. 300 yards later, fork left to Wagland Farm only.
